Our transport partner is UPS. First delivery attempt will be made to the address mentioned as delivery address during the registration process.
IMPORTANT: First delivery attempt will be most successful if you choose a delivery address where a person is available to sign for receipt .

Delivery to HOME address
Number of attempts : 1
After the first unsuccessful residential delivery attempt, UPS will deliver your parcel to a designated Kiala Point (= UPS acces point) located in your vicinity. If this happens, you will notice a sticker on the UPS InfoNotice indicating the address and collection times of the Kiala Point where the parcel can be retrieved up to 10 calendar days later by showing your UPS InfoNotice or tracking number and ID.

National ID: driver's license, passport, foreign, national or military ID
Delivery to BUSINESS address
Number of attempts : 3
After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, UPS will make a second and third delivery attempt the next days.
After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be automatically returned to shipper - it will not be dropped at a Kiala point.
Time between attempts : 24 - 48 hours

E-mail service for parcel delivery
You will receive a mail with the shipping info. This mail contains the UPS trackingnumber and the link to trace the status of your parcel.
Your parcel will be delivered by UPS. If they are unable to deliver to the address originally specified, the delivery driver will leave a notification card. The card will give information on whether your parcel was left with a neighbour or dropped at Kiala Point ( = UPS Access Point).
The package is returned to the consignor (Only for delivery to Post Office)
