How do I enter?

You can enter the Competition for a chance to win a lingerie voucher by purchasing a bra or pair of briefs from the Andres Sarda collections.

• Remove the hangtag from the product
• Open the hangtag to reveal your unique code.
• Go to www.andressarda.com/competition.
• Enter your unique code, answer the tiebreaker, and enter your personal details.
• Every month, the lucky winners will be notified be email.

Why has my unique code not been accepted?

You must enter the unique code that comes with participating products.

If your code from a participating Andres Sarda product is not accepted: check that you have entered the code correctly. The code comprises ten digits and must be entered correctly. Make sure you have not already entered this code. Each code can only be used once.

Do I need an email address to enter?

Yes. You cannot enter this competition without an email address. If you win a prize we will notify you by email, so you need to provide a valid email address. If we cannot contact you by email or you do not claim your prize within 180 days you will not receive your prize.

How long does the Competition run for?

The website will go live on 1 July 2015. As from this date, you will be able to enter the Competition by entering your unique code. All times are Belgian times (Central European Time), which is one hour behind UK and Ireland time.

Should I worry about receiving unwanted emails if I enter this Competition?

You will not receive any marketing emails from us if you state that you do not wish to receive them when entering the Competition. In that case, we will only use your email address to notify you about matters directly concerning the Competition, such as you having won a prize.

Will my personal data be protected?

Yes. Your personal data will be stored in a secure database that complies with the applicable data protection standards and will only be used to contact you about matters directly concerning the Competition or for any other purpose you have agreed to.

Have long do I have to claim my prize?

You must claim your prize within 180 days. If you do not, you will not receive your prize.

How do I find out whether I have won?

The winners will be notified by email. You will not be contacted if you have not won a prize.
